Sweet and sour chicken from the kitchen of Heather


1/2 c. brown sugar (maybe a little more) 1 green pepper
1/2 c. white vinegar 1 Red pepper
1/2 c. ketchup Some onion chunks
1/2 c. pineapple juice (use all of pineapple in can, I used chunk) pineapple
2 TBSP(give or take) soy sauce
Saute chicken until cooked. Add chopped veggies and cook for a bit. Add all ingredients to make sauce. In separate bowl mix 1 c. water and cornstarch until the thickness you want. Simmer a bit and serve over rice of choice. ****One of my favorite dishes****
